Use to be 5 stars, now one at best. Dirty, tiny portions at same price, stopped using garlic totally, cook was afraid of fire and knife, then he cooked steak chicken mixed in with the seafood and ruined it for those who cant or don't eat seafood then charged for meal that could not be eaten and didn't offer to remake it. Horrible twice now they have done it even when told before hand. Stay away.
A little wait time but worth it. Very good service and food is cooked spot on. It's definitely worth every penny. Love the hibachi.
This is my favorite lunch/dinner spot. Service is always great, good sushi, and delicious bentos.
Great food, decent prices
Have been here before and the food is great. HOWEVER, at 6:30 PM Monday January 20, 2020, a group of 8, including myself were TURNED AWAY? Were told after waiting that there was only on Sushi chef and they could not accommodate the group? This is not how you run a business. You don't turn away paying customers? You don't get a second chance to make a 1st impression???
It's was awesome and food was great 👌👌👌
Chef was good but food was not great little to no season. Salad dressing tasted watered down. Small portions. Kids portions were same as adults. After sitting and comfortable lady came over and made us move seats even though we didn't want to. Went to pay and she then told us about the 18% they charge for a table of 5, even though the 5th person was a 3 year old. I will never go back. Food is not worth the prices they charge. Sticking with Simon's.
Some of the best sushi and rolls anywhere. There is a fun hibachi if you like that. Prices are average.
Great service and AMAZING FOOD ESPECIALLY THE SUSHI AND CRAB RANGOON.
Love Mt Fuji's. The hibachi is always what we go for. Prices are great too.
Small luncheon menu, crab rangoon was a little sweet. Portions were good, service was good. Decor was relaxed with piano music.
We go to this place for all of our birthdays and the last 3 times we have went the portions have been super small for $22, it is ridiculous. I am very disappointed.
We had a great time getting hibachi with the family tonight. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is pleasant and made the experience fun! The food was fantastic. I always hear friends and coworkers raving about this place, so its definitely worth the trip. Would highly recommend
Good restaurant with good service. Hibachi is fun to sit at and watch your meal prepared.
Good Hibachi. Entertaining
This place is awesome. Ive been here a few times now. The hibachi chefs do a great job of making it a fun experience. The food they prepare is worth every penny. They also have a bar and a regular restaurant section. We went to the normal sit down section last night and once again the service was very fast and the food was 10/10. We had the chicken and filet mignon hibachi combo. The chicken had a great sear on it and the filet was so tender and well marinated. Im going to post some pictures of the menu as well. The prices are very fair for the quality of the food you get. Try this place!
Fast and friendly service and the food is good.
Great Shrimp Tempura roll!! Very clean and the staff were pleasant.
Use to be 5 stars, now one at best. Dirty, tiny portions at same price, stopped using garlic totally, cook was afraid of fire and knife, then he cooked steak chicken mixed in with the sea food and ruined it for those who cant or don't eat seafood then charged for meal that could not be eaten and didn't offer to remake it. Horrible twice now they have done it even when told before hand. Stay away.
Quiet Japanese joint - it depends whether you could get a chef who could do hibachi..We tried steak and chicken and it was just awesome. Unfortunately there was only one chef and couldn’t sit near hibachi table..But food was awesome - you could even try Japanese beer Asahi
Been several times. Food is quite good, entertaining show. Do yourself a favor and make reservations
Excellent staff try the habichi grill awesome
The food and service was very good.
Fun to sit at the habotchi grill and have them cook in front of you. Kids enjoyed it.
For a Monday night it was dead. They need to get the lights fixed on their sign outside. Plus the crab rangoon very cheesy no sign of crab meat. The one served at Simon's Tappas or the Taste of Asia much better. They should visit both those restaurants and see what their competition is. The Gzoya soup was wonderful! As well as their spring rolls. The rice was a bit flavorless. The Fried rice at Simon's Bonzai much better. The Edame did not have enough sea salt in them. I have not tried the larger dishes but will the next visit.
This place has terrible customer service. A couple of times now my husband and I have gone in and ask for a hibachi table and they act like it's a sin for two people to ask for hibachi and not just take a table. If we are going to spend $100 we want what we want. Left there extremely irritated.
Waitresses are not very friendly but the food is always good.
A Neat Vibe little hidden gem place. The lunch specials are a very good deal, reasonable price, and good quanitys. Service was great. Had no complaints on the food. Filet minion excellent, and my rolls were great
This is my go-to lunch spot for my dates with myself. The service is great. And the Spicy Lover roll is outstanding. Consistently.
We eat here a LOT!! We love the hibachi show and the food that is prepared is always flavorful and delicious. You get a salad and bowl of soup before your meal while you wait for others to fill the table, but if it is a slow customer day, they don't make you wait for too long.
Good service. Good prices. Really good food.
We used to love this place but it has completely dropped off. Bland. Salad dressing is very watery. Hibachi sauces are uniquely bad. Asked for a medium filet the last two times I was there and each time the guy plated it up very rare. Beware if you have a seafood allergy because cross contamination is a huge issue. Raw beef, chicken and seafood are brought out touching each other on a platter and then go from there to the grill to your plate using the same spatula which occasionally gets wiped off on the same dirty towel.
Food was great. Very entertaining and fun!!
Went a couple times before reviewing, one at lunch and one at dinner, the chef was very entertaining and the food was delicious! The hostess was also very friendly and came multiple times to fill up waters. Will definitely be returning.
Ordered the hibachi salmon and was served the smallest sliver of fish. Options are limited. Can't believe I left hibachi hungry.
Good service, moderate prices, good but not excellent sushi
Waited 20 mins because our whole party was there to be seated in the middle of a horrible storm with tornado warnings. Then after while party arrived waited another 25 mins until we finally left. Asked multiple times if we could be seated (had small children with us). Was completely ignored. Others were seated for hibachi ahead of us because their whole party was there that arrived 15 mins after us. Completely appalled!!
Good sushi and hibachi. Get a japanese soda, they're the best.
One of our favorite restaurants in the area. Bit on the pricey side, so go at lunch time to save some money.
Good food. Quick service. I'm not crazy about the sweetness of their teppan yaki steak though, just my preference.
Delicious food and wonderful entertainment with amazing skill.
Food was delicious and watching the chef prepare it was great fun. Highly recommended.
The atmosphere was nice, relaxing music was playing, but the food was so-so and a little too salty.Best part of the meal was the tempura ice cream. As for the service, the waitress was very efficient and service was quick but she never cracked one smile.Overall, it was okay for a one time visit but there wasn't anything that would draw me back again.
At first I looked forward to and enjoyed coming here. My last visit i was very disappointed, the hibachi table used to be a great show, the chef took 20 minutes to get to our table even though the place was almost empty, our table was full but he sped through the show/cooking very fast and the kids were less than impressed overall it was over in less than 10-15 minutes which is not worth the $150 dollars spent for one meal.
Portions were very small for dinner prices, place looked closed from outside all lights including the big red sign were out. Staff sitting around in every corner on there phones. Bathroom was destroyed. Chef got all of our orders wrong including my rare tiny filet cooked medium. Had to flag the waitstaff down when needing anything and there were only 2 tables seated. Will not go back.
Love this place. Food is always great!
Wait Time was super long, Even with a reservation, and the chef forgot two orders of shrimp, but other than that, it was such a fun experience. The chef was amazing and sweet, the food was delicious, the waitress was quick with refills and the check.
Short wait. Food was good with the standard flavors for this type of meal. Cook was on the Boring side with no real flare.
This was my first experience at Mount Fuji. I got a bento box that was out of this world! The waitress was very kind and friendly and helpful and making our food choices. The decor was clean and modern. I would highly suggest if you like Japanese to try this place!!!
Always friendly service, good food, and good value. I've been they with the family many times.
